Yet, in 2020, David DeQuattro’s world was shaken by an unexpected legal challenge that would test not only his leadership but also his personal fortitude. In a moment that would ultimately define and affirm his unwavering belief in justice, DeQuattro was thrust into a legal battle that would take years to resolve. That journey, difficult though it was, ultimately ended in triumph: a unanimous reversal of his conviction by the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals in 2024.

The U.S. Department of Justice accused him of bribery related to work with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, a claim that David DeQuattro steadfastly denied. Yet through it all, DeQuattro remained committed to telling the truth, preserving his business, and protecting his name.
